This policy applies to all packaging products sold through our e-commerce platform, including but not limited to:
- Custom packaging (make to orders)
- Standard packaging solutions (selected on www.earthpak.co.za)
- Hygiene and safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, packaging products once opened or used cannot be returned.
- Sustainability: In line with our commitment to sustainability, reducing returns helps minimize waste and our environmental footprint.
We are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
